1. What this service is
Futurenest Cloudflare Access ("the Service") is operated by Futurenest. It verifies the identity of people who want to use Futurenest's internal and development tools, using Cloudflare Access and "Sign in with Google".
2. Information we collect
When you sign in with Google, we request only the openid,
email and profile scopes. Google shares with
us:
- Your email address
- Your name and profile picture
- A unique Google account identifier
Cloudflare also records standard access logs, such as sign-in time, IP address and the application you accessed.
3. How we use it
- To check whether your email address is on our access allowlist
- To grant or deny access to the protected tools
- To keep security and audit logs
We do not use this information for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties except as described below.
4. Who processes it
Authentication is handled by Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Access) on our behalf, and identity is provided by Google. Their handling of data is described in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy and the Google Privacy Policy.
5. Google user data
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6. Retention
Access logs are kept according to Cloudflare's log retention settings for our account, and only as long as needed for security and auditing.
7. Your choices
You can revoke this Service's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To ask about or delete data related to you, contact us below.

1. 服務說明
Futurenest Cloudflare Access（以下稱「本服務」）由 Futurenest 營運，透過 Cloudflare Access 與「使用 Google 帳號登入」，驗證欲使用 Futurenest 內部與開發環境工具者的身分。
2. 蒐集的資料
使用 Google 登入時，本服務僅要求
openid、email、profile 權限。Google
會提供：
- 電子郵件地址
- 姓名與大頭貼
- Google 帳號唯一識別碼
Cloudflare 另會記錄一般存取紀錄，例如登入時間、IP 位址與存取的應用程式。
3. 使用目的
- 確認您的 email 是否在存取白名單上
- 允許或拒絕存取受保護的工具
- 保存資安與稽核紀錄
本服務不會將資料用於廣告、不會出售，除下列處理者外亦不會提供給第三方。
4. 資料處理者

5. Google 使用者資料
本服務對 Google API 所取得資訊的使用，遵守 Google API Services User Data Policy，包含 Limited Use 規定。
6. 保存期間
存取紀錄依本公司 Cloudflare 帳號的紀錄保存設定保存，僅於資安與稽核所需期間內保留。
7. 您的權利
您可隨時於 myaccount.google.com/permissions 撤銷本服務對您 Google 帳號的存取。如需查詢或刪除與您相關的資料，請聯絡下方信箱。
